Custo Barcelona with different crafted wool and a firework of colors at New York Fashion Week

It´s now more than 30 years ago that Custo and David Dalmau moved out to revolutionize the world of fashion with their fantastic prints and colors. Meanwhile the label became one of the leading Spanish brands and is always one of the highlights during New York Fashion Week. Stars like Miss J or Tinsley Mortimer didn´t missed the chance to take their seats at the front row to take a look on the A/W collection 2012/13.
Stars and fashion experts saw a collection that was marked by pieces in oversize. For this season Custo focussed on the use of wool crafted in different ways. Wonderful details like cut-offs and metallic shiny elements spice up the collection. This time the color palette ranges from typical autumn colors like shades of brown, black and grey up to bright colors like blue, red or green. Es ist mehr als 30 Jahre her, dass Custo und David Dalmau auszogen, um die Welt der Mode mit Ihren fantastischen Prints und Farben zu revolutionieren. Inzwischen wandelte sich das einstmal kleine Label zu einem der weltweit führenden, spanischen Marken und ist immer eines der Highlights der New York Fashion Week. Stars wie Miss J oder Tinsley Mortimer ließen sich die Chance nicht engehen Platz in der Front Row zu nehmen, um die Herbst/Winter Kollektion 2012/13 von nahem zu erleben. Stars und Modeexperten sahen eine Kollektion, die von Stücken in oversize geprägt war. In dieser Saison konzentrierte sich Custo auf die Verarbeitung von verschiedenartig behandelter Wolle. Tolle Details wie Cut-Offs und metallisch scheinenden Elementen verleihen der Kollektion dabei das gewisse Etwas. Die Farbpalette der auf dem Laufsteg gezeigten Stücke reichte von typisch herbstlichen Farbnuancen wie Braun, Schwarz und Grau bis hin zu knalligen Farben wie Braun, Rot und Grün.
