Lena Hoschek - a journey from Paris to Italy in the 1940´s - Fashion Week Berlin a/w 2012/13 day 1
Lena Hoschek is one of these designers we could not survive without at Fashion Week Berlin. She is inspiring, fresh, creative and always shows an unique feature. This time we saw a collection which was darker than each other before. Only a touch of light was spotted on the runway when the show started with music from the French music star Edith Piaf. Lena Hoschek created a very strong, independent but still feminine fall/winter 2012/13 woman. So we saw wonderful military coats in combination with dresses in floral prints. The contrast of soft and flowing material are beautiful and highlight the inspiration of the collection. Pencil skirts combined with blouses are typical for her designs and represent must-haves of her creation. As colour palette she picked black, brown, purple and wine-red. An absolute must-have to complete the Hoschek look for the upcoming season is the beret. For me it was one of her best collections ever. New, unexpected but still Lena Hoschek. Such a wonderful collection like a journey from Italy to France in the 1940´s. For all pictures press more.
